Get ready to build confidence, learn practical self-defense skills, and have some fun along the way!
This exciting class is offered through Columbia College and begins August 4. Classes meet every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday at 4:30 p.m.
Each week, you’ll learn how to defend yourself against common chokes, grabs, holds, and other real-world attacks. No previous experience is required.
