This exciting class is offered through Columbia College and begins August 4. Classes meet every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday at 4:30 p.m-6 p.m.
Each week, you’ll learn how to defend yourself against common chokes, grabs, holds, and other real-world attacks. No previous experience is required. Just come ready to move, learn, and become more confident!
